<p>Bazı kişilerde Full Body antrenman programı başlangıç seviye, Split (Bölgesel) antrenman ise ileri seviye antrenmandır algısı vardır. Bu doğru mudur? Yoksa salon efsanesinden ibaret midir? Şimdi bunu anlayalım.</p>
<p><strong>Full Body Antrenman Programının Artıları</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Full Body antrenman ile daha fazla kas lifi aktive edileceğinden, testesteron salınımı artacak bununla doğru orantılı olarak protein sentezi de artacağından büyüme ve gelişme hızlanacaktır.</li>
<li>Bir antrenmanda tüm vücut kaslarınızı çalıştırdığınız için antrenman boyunca yaktığınız kalori split antrenmana göre fazla olacaktır. Yani yağ yakımı için daha uygundur.</li>
<li>Her antrenmanda tüm vücut kaslarınızı çalıştıracağınız asimetrik kas büyümelerinin önüne geçeceksiniz. Yanlış split antrenman yüzünden asimetrik vücutlar yaygındır. Örneğin göğüs kasları oldukça gelişmiş olan birinin bacak kasları hiç gelişmemiş olabilmektedir.</li>
<li>Her antrenman tüm vücudu çalıştıracağınız için sonraki gün dinlenmek gerekmektedir. Yani antrenmanlar bir gün aralıklarla olacağından daha fazla boş vaktiniz olacaktır.</li>
<li>Spora yeni başlayanlar ve ara verenler için gerçekten daha uygun bir antrenman programıdır. Fakat bu demek değildir ki ileri seviye Full Body antrenman programı yoktur.</li>
<li>Full Body tarzı antrenmanlar ağırlıksız olarak evde de yapılabilecek güzel antrenmanlardır.</li>
